Hi, I’m Mandy Palermo, PMHNP.
I started Solstice Integrative Psychiatry because I wanted to practice differently — with more time, more intention, and a more complete approach to mental health.
I’m especially passionate about supporting women’s mental health, working with parents, and helping individuals who feel overwhelmed by the constant demands of work and life.
I also enjoy working with ADHD, anxiety, and depression — particularly when things feel complicated, frustrating, or not fully addressed in the past.
These are areas where a more thoughtful, individualized approach can make a meaningful difference.
In many settings, mental health care can feel rushed or overly focused on medications without fully understanding what’s driving the symptoms.
That’s not how I work.
I take the time to look at the full picture and create a plan that actually makes sense for you — whether that includes medication, lifestyle adjustments, or both.
My background includes experience in both acute and outpatient care, which has shaped a practical, balanced approach to treatment.
I focus on helping patients find something that works — not just in theory, but in real life.
A calm, supportive environment
Thoughtful conversations (not rushed visits)
Clear, honest guidance
A plan that evolves as you do
This is a space where your mental health is taken seriously — and approached with care, attention, and respect.
